As an intern on Sabre’s Brand Studio team, I collaborated in a case study with six additional marketing interns to address transactional B2B client relationships. We conducted secondary research to understand Sabre’s market and mission, followed by primary research through interviews with professionals to uncover client engagement challenges. My team synthesized these insights to propose a campaign focused on personalized engagement and ongoing communication, presented to the CMO and marketing team. I also designed digital assets for web and social platforms, applying UX and design principles to ensure brand consistency. This internship enhanced my skills in graphic design, research, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
Designing the Thymio app, I focused on creating a seamless grocery and meal-planning experience that helps users save time, reduce food waste, and discover new dining options. I developed customizable features for regular grocery subscriptions, personalized meal planning, and restaurant recommendations, ensuring the app balanced functionality with an intuitive user interface. Through this project, I strengthened my skills in UX research, wireframing, and prototyping while applying user-centered design principles to solve real everyday challenges.
Designing the Privacy Pal browser and VPN, I focused on creating a secure, all-in-one platform that gives users both safe browsing and private internet access. I streamlined complex privacy and VPN settings into simple, intuitive controls, ensuring users could easily protect their data without sacrificing usability. Through this project, I combined UX research, wireframing, and prototyping to deliver a trust-centered design that balances functionality, clarity, and peace of mind.
